Mosquito

What it is

Mosquito is a fully automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) by developer Muhammad Zahran Rahmadi Putra, built specifically for the XAUUSD/Gold pair. The current release is v1.3. The author publishes his own live MQL5 signal on the product page for trade-by-trade verification, and provides a ready-made setfile for ICM.

Strategy logic

The core approach is trend following: Bollinger Bands and a Moving Average identify the prevailing trend, with price action analysis layered on top as a signal filter. Compared with similar systems, Mosquito is deliberately selective on entries and focuses on actively managing open positions rather than trading frequently.

Recommended setup
