How TopxAI handles your data. Last updated: 2026-09-12.
At checkout, we store your email for delivery and order notices, and your order IP to prevent abuse. TopxAI accounts use Clerk for registration, identity verification and sessions. The store keeps your Clerk user ID, verified primary email, display name and store profile; it does not store your login password. For payments, we retain NOWPayments checkout and payment IDs, currencies, amounts and payment statuses for reconciliation.
We use Clerk authentication and session cookies to keep you signed in and share login between topxea.com and ai.topxea.com. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
Only to: fulfill orders and deliver goods, support order lookup and after-sales, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails in your order language. We do not use your email for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell your personal data. Clerk handles the shared account and login; Google participates in identity verification if you choose Google sign-in. NOWPayments handles cryptocurrency payments and receives the order identifier, amount and payment callback URL. Store business data is held in Supabase (PostgreSQL), and product files are served through Supabase Storage.
Order and delivery records are kept as needed for operations and compliance; contact support to request deletion of non-essential personal data.
