Complete the task in front of you: read research, deploy an EA, or connect an AI model. One TopxAI account; store orders and AI balances remain separate.
Buy and read research

Sign in and check your account
Sign in to TopxAI through Clerk with Google or another available method. Sign in before buying so the order and access belong to the account you intend to use.

Choose a report and preview it
Browse by company or research category. Check the date, page count and contents on the product page. Open sample pages, move between them, and press Esc to close.

Choose a single report or ongoing access
Buy one PDF for a single edition. For continuing coverage, compare company access, the insights line and full-library membership below. Annual or lifetime describes duration, not scope.

Place the order and open checkout
Confirm the product, account and USD order amount, then continue to NOWPayments. The store uses this crypto checkout; available currencies and networks appear there.

Wait for confirmation and delivery
Send the exact amount using the specified currency and network. A broadcast transaction is not a completed order. Follow the original invoice for partial payments instead of placing duplicates.

Download from My reports
After payment is confirmed and delivery completes, open My reports to see access source, expiry and PDF downloads. Your order and notification email also show delivery information.
Buy and install an EA

Choose from the EA directory
Read the strategy, requirements, version and verification material on the product page. Distinguish the EA program from parameter presets and source code before buying.

Check compatibility
Confirm MT4 or MT5, symbols, broker suffixes, account type and licence rules. EX4 and EX5 are not interchangeable; parameter files must match the EA and version.

Sign in, buy and pay
Choose the correct edition or licence quantity and pay through NOWPayments. Read the refund and risk disclosures first. Some products require an account.

Open your order or claim a licence
My orders contains files and delivery status. For licence products, submit the required trading-account number in My licences; instant and manual delivery depend on the product.

Install, test, then consider live use
Follow the installation steps below, backtest in your own broker environment and run a demo first. Review logs, spreads and risk settings. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Connect to AI services

Use the same TopxAI account
After signing in here, open ai.topxea.com with the shared session; no second registration is needed. If the session has expired, sign in to the same account again.

Manage a separate AI balance
Top up on the AI site for usage-based billing. Buying research, EAs or a store membership does not fund your AI balance, and AI credit is not store credit.

Create and protect an API key
Create a key in the AI console and check its permissions and balance. Keep it in server environment variables or protected app configuration, never in a public repository or screenshot.

Configure from the docs and test
Check current models and rates, then configure the SDK base URL, model and endpoint. Start with a small request and check usage and balance in the AI console. Live prices are authoritative.

- Waiting for payment
- Open the original NOWPayments checkout and verify the order before paying.
- Partial payment / confirming
- Follow that invoice for a remaining amount or wait for network confirmation; keep the transaction hash.
- Paid, delivery in progress
- Refresh the order shortly. Files, licences and report access are delivered according to the product.
- Expired / failed / needs review
- Do not send funds to an expired invoice. Send support the order number, currency, network and transaction hash.
Install and run an EA
- In MT4/MT5, choose File → Open Data Folder.
- Put MT4 EAs in MQL4/Experts and MT5 EAs in MQL5/Experts. Load parameter files as the product instructions specify.
- Refresh the Navigator or restart the terminal, then attach the EA to the correct symbol’s chart.
- Enter the licence for the matching trading account when required; check expiry and seat count.
- Enable algorithmic trading and required permissions as instructed. Inspect the Experts and Journal tabs first.
- Set the tester’s tick model, symbol, spread and account funds. Validate on demo before deciding on live use. A VPS must keep the terminal online.
Troubleshooting
- Licence rejected
- Check the trading-account number, complete code, expiry and product version. Your email password is not a trading licence.
- No trades
- Check algo-trading permissions, hours, symbol suffixes, spread filters and logs. Increasing position size is not a diagnostic step.
- Download failed
- Return to the signed-in account’s order or report library and refresh to create a new download link. Contact support if it still fails.
Read research with context
- Sources and dates
- Check the report’s reference date, data dates and primary sources. Separate company disclosures from research estimates.
- Evidence grades
- [A] Primary disclosures; [B] verifiable secondary compilation; [C] estimates or calculations; [D] one unconfirmed source. Estimates are not established facts.
- Conclusions and limits
- Read assumptions, sensitivity analysis, known gaps and the conclusion record together. Research helps understanding; it is not a trading instruction.
Account, order and access questions
Do I need two accounts?
No. Clerk provides the shared TopxAI identity and session. Store orders, memberships and AI balances are managed separately.
Why is my guest order missing from this account?
Guest purchases are not automatically merged into a new account. Keep the original order email and payment evidence and contact support. Sign in before future purchases.
I sent payment. Why no delivery yet?
Blockchain confirmation and provider verification must finish first. Check the original checkout and order. Send support the order number and transaction hash if payment is partial, the network is wrong or delivery remains delayed.
Can I refund a download?
Digital files and licences generally cannot be refunded after delivery. Preview the report, verify compatibility and read the purchase page and service terms first.
For support, include the order number, product name and an error screenshot. For payment issues, add currency, network and transaction hash. Never send your Google password or API key.
